Seth James Nevada is the older brother of Jason and Jet Nevada and also the Uncle of Katy, and the husband of Samantha Grace and the father of his son Jason Allen Jr. He works at a Gotham PD to honor his deceased younger brother Jason.
Seth and his younger brothers lost there parents form a car accident and had lived alone and Seth had few jobs to keep him and his younger siblings off the streets, they manged to graduated school.
When he heard what happened to his younger brother,his sister-in-law and his niece (which he didn't know Katy was alive) he was devastated along with Jet who received the news as well.
Three years later after the tragic he met and married Sam Grace who works as a waitress at the restaurant. One day when he was patrolling around the city, he spotted a group of teens messing with a seven year old girl, he was about to stopped them until the young girl fought them and he was amazed what he saw. He went to arrest the teens, then he looked at the young girl and had recognized her by the girl looked like his brother's daughter who presumed dead.
He asked what was her name and when she answered, "Katy Mei" Seth remember that last name and was shocked that he found his long lost niece at first she didn't remember him and when gave her the picture of him,his brothers,sister-in-law and his niece Katy. He explained that he thought she and her family was dead because of what happened three years ago.
After explain Katy who was in tears hugged her uncle, very that she was happy that she still have a family left.
