R.E.B.E.L.

R.E.B.E.L. is a clone grafted with Kryptonian D.N.A. from a captured Kandorian named Kryn Kel-Ur and Czarnian DNA from Slobo. He was created by General Sam Lane who was head of the head of Project 7734. Project 7735 was created to handle Lobo and other alien threats. R.E.B.E.L. was artificially aged to 18 teen and implanted with the necessary knowledge of someone his biological age (in regards to general studies, such as math, reading, weapons, combat etc). He was fed yellow sun radiation by a solar suit. Before the experiment could be completed (i.e. aging him to full adulthood and implanting him with safeguards to control him), Project 7734 was discovered, Jimmy Olsen and Natasha Irons having released the Projects files and a full account of General Sam Lane activities to multiple news outlets via the internet, leads him to commit suicide rather than be held to account by an international court and Project 7735 was forgotten and Revolutionary Elite Badass to Eradicate Lobo was left in stasis in his pod.

Powers

Unique Physiology R.E.B.E.L. has the DNA of both Kryptonian and Czarnian.

Czarnian Physiology: It is said that Czarnians can only be truly killed by other Czarnians. He can survive unaided in the vacuum of space.

Superhuman Strength:
Superhuman Stamina: He possesses inexhaustible stamina and in most interpretations cannot tire.
Immortality: He is functionally immortal and cannot die no matter what happens. He is immune to the effects of aging and disease.
Invulnerability: He has at times shrugged off blows from the likes of Kryptonians with no damage, taken planet-destroying attacks without so much as a scratch but had only some resistance against most magic spells and attacks.
Superhuman Speed: R.E.B.E.L. possesses the ability to sharpen his awareness and increase his temporal flow, appearing to move faster than humanly possible. He can move at incredible speeds.
Self-Sustenance: R.E.B.E.L. does not need any food, water, air, or sleep and he can survive in the vacuum of space without any harm.
Regeneration: If R.E.B.E.L. does somehow sustain an injury, his accelerated healing factor enables him to regenerate damaged or destroyed tissue instantly, with little apparent pain. He will apparently heal from any injury. For instance, he can regenerate out of a pool of his own blood, apparently recycling the cells instantly.
Bio-Fission: Like his progenitor, Lobo and Slobo, R.E.B.E.L. possesses the ability to generate duplicates of himself from his own genetic material; specifically, his blood.
Weak Point Detection: He can analyze any opponent, weighing up their abilities and defenses perfectly, giving him exact knowledge of their Achille's Heel, or weak spot. It seems a mental power, permitting to R.E.B.E.L. to strikes exactly where he can do greater damage. Note: The New Gods have greater psychic defenses than Kryptonians, what can have disturbed this power.

Magic Resistance: He like Lobo has only some resistance against most magic spells and attacks.
Photographic Memory : His mind was made to mentally recall anything and everything he ever learned.
Kryptonian Physiology: Under the effects of a "yellow" sun, R.E.B.E.L. possesses the same potential powers as an average Kryptonian. These include:
- Solar Energy Absorption: Under optimal conditions, this is the main source of R.E.B.E.L.'s super powers as they are contingent upon exposure to solar radiation from a yellow sun star system. His biological make up includes a number of organs which lack analogues in humans and whose functions are unknown. It is believed that between one or more of these and his bio-cellular matrix, "yellow" solar energy is stored for later use. This allows for the use of these powers to fade when yellow solar radiation is not available instead of immediate failure.
- Heat Vision: R.E.B.E.L. can, as a conscious act, fire beams of intense heat at a target by looking at it. He can vary the heat and area affected.
- Super-Hearing: R.E.B.E.L.' hearing is sensitive enough to hear any sound at any volume or pitch. With skill and concentration, he can block out ambient sounds to focus on a specific source or frequency.
- Enhanced Vision R.E.B.E.L.'s vision processes the entire electromagnetic spectrum as well as allowing vast control over selective perception and focus.
  This umbrella ability includes the following:
  - Electromagnetic Spectrum Vision: R.E.B.E.L. can see well into most of the electromagnetic spectrum. He can see and identify radio and television signals as well as all other broadcast or transmitted frequencies. Using this ability, he can avoid detection by radar or satellite monitoring methods. This also allows him to see the aura generated by living thing.
  - Telescopic Vision: This is the ability to see something at a great distance, without violating the laws of physics. Though limited, the exact extent of the ability is undetermined. In function, it is similar to the zoom lens on a camera.
  - X-Ray Vision: This is the ability to see through any volume of matter except lead. R.E.B.E.L.'s can see things behind a solid, opaque object as if it were not there. He can focus this ability to "peel back" layers of an object, allowing hidden image or inner workings to be observed. The exact type of energy perceived - such as x-rays, cosmic rays, or some other energy invisible to normal humans - is unclear. this ability perceives an ambient energy source though, it does not involve the eye projecting a concentrated, possibly toxic, beam to be reflected back from objects.
  - Microscopic Vision: This is the ability to see extremely small objects and images down to the atomic level.
  - Infrared Vision: R.E.B.E.L.'s can see with better acuity in darkness, and to a degree in total darkness.
- Flight: R.E.B.E.L. is able to manipulate graviton particles to defy the forces of gravity and achieve flight. This ranges from hovering to moving in any posture, in any direction.
- Invulnerability: Due to the interaction of his dense molecular structure and supercharged electromagnetic field, R.E.B.E.L. is nigh-invulnerable to extreme energy forces. In addition, his extends this protection against toxins and diseases.
- Superhuman Stamina: R.E.B.E.L. is able to maintain continuous strenuous physical action for an indefinite period of time. This based on his body converting yellow solar radiation directly to energy, but is limited by physiological and psychological needs to eat, drink, and sleep.
- Superhuman Strength: R.E.B.E.L.'s strength is augmented by yellow solar radiation interacting with the greater than human density, resilience and biological efficiency of his musculature. His electromagnetic field allows him to lift objects without them crumbling under their own weight.
- Superhuman Speed: R.E.B.E.L. is able to move at incredible speed by sheer force of will. This extends to his perceptions and allows for feats such as catching bullets in mid flight as well as covering vast distances in little or no time.
  This also confers:
  - Superhuman Agility
  - Superhuman Reflexes
- Super-Breath: R.E.B.E.L. is able to create hurricane force winds by exhaling air from his lungs. He can chill the air as it leaves his lungs to freeze targets. He can also reverse the process to pull large volumes of air or vapor into his lungs.

Weaknesses

Vulnerability to Kryptonite: It should be noted that kryptonite won't kill him, only weaken him.
Vulnerability to Red Sun Radiation: When exposed to the same red solar radiation as Krypton's red sun Rao, it causes him to lose his Kryptonian base powers within a large amount of exposure until the exposure to yellow sunlight will reverse this effect.
Vulnerability to Gas : He is also highly susceptible to gas attacks which are capable of canceling his strength.
