Joker came from an earth where both DC and Marvel characters exist. He is the adversary of that earth's Batman, Thomas Wayne, who is the son of Martha Wayne and Bruce Wayne, And Earth-3021's Robin, Jason Todd.
Biography
The Joker was created when the Green Goblin of Earth-3021 discovred there was no Joker. So, he traveled to New Earth in the mainstream DC multiverse and took a bit of that earth's Joker's DNA. He then got a suit for the clone and combined the DNA with a prototype body, creating The Joker.
Joker first confronted Batman in an old warehouse, as usual in a fight to the death. Batman (Earth 3021) won however and Joker ended up havingboxes fall on him and was knocked unconscious.
In another caper Joker escaped prison and started murdering people in a fashion to The Mask comic and then collecting their cash. Joker then was confronted by Batman, Joker then lost in a scuffle.

After this Joker teamed up with The Riddler and stole the Batmobile to murder people by running them over. However, before they could murder anyone, the duo was stopped by Batman.
Joker would continue to go on his murdering spree but was always thwarted by Batman.
In one caper, Batman and Jason Todd as Robin went to a warehouse where Joker was waiting for them. Joker beat him with a crowbar then blew him up.
After this Joker built robotic versions of the Dynamic Duo in order to frame Batman and Robin (Tim Drake) so he could murder freely. However, The Dynamic Duo battled their robot counterparts. Joker tried to flee, but tripped on the android's wires and fell off a building to his apparent death.
However, he survives and announces to steal from the President, John Tyler, so he could be rich, But he is stopped by Batman.
Joker had many other crimes after this. Plotting to kill superheroes from other earths, Stealing from Tim Wayne himself, and many others. However the end was always the same.
One time he teamed up with the newly turned Harley Quinn, but were foiled by the dynamic duo, soon after publicly humiliating them.
The Death of Batman and Joker
The Penguin and Joker captured Tim and sliced him multiple times and kicking him in the face, killing Batman as a to be traumatized Jason watched. 1 year later, Jason became Batman.
He is tied up and is gagged with a toy robin, which Joker jokes on the irony and all that.
But all the memories come into Batman II and he breaks free and punched Joker right in the face.
Joker uses a whip but Batman comes in with Robin's stick, Before Joker can make an irony joke, Robin's stick slams in Joker's mouth, . He then strikes back with a massive chainsaw but fails to do any harm. Batman kicks Joker in the chest falling on to a trapdoor and he falls to his doom, All the other villains come in but Batman successfully neutralizes them. Jason then became Batman II.
