History
Samuel Scudder was born to billionaire weapons manufacturer Joseph Scudder in 1984. After the September 11 Attacks and his fathers untimely death Samuel took up his fathers company and relinquished the weapons program due to feelings of guilt and despair, but in desperation he looked through old military programs and found Project: Flash. This program was designed as a cybernetic enhancement exosuit, with the help of the head of the R&D Department Mari McCabe they created the Flash Powersuit and started to fight crime in New York and New Jersey then he got the attention of Washington DC's Superweapon known as Superman.
