Kon-El was a scientist from Earth in the year 2199, who was transported to the present day by The Flash. The Flash saw on his database that Kon-El was the Earth's final hope against the cybernetic threat codenamed by DARPA as S.T.A.R.O. (Strategic, Tactical, Aeronautical, Reserve, Operations). Kon-El formed a team of meta-talented benefactors called The League. With the help of the Flash, Kon-El developed and trained with his new meta abilities, Months after the defeat of S.T.A.R.O. The President hired him as America's new defense agent under the codename: Superman.
- His allergic reaction to the element Krypton is a reference to his mainstream counterparts weakness to Kryptonite.
- The government's scientist Lex Luthor attempted to replicate Superman's abilities but the subject failed genetically and was given the government designation code of B-Zero (Bizzaro)
