History
Colonel Victor Silas Stone, was injured in a car bombing during his 4th tour in Afghanistan. Although he survived he suffered from 3rd degree burns and loss of hearing and sight in his left eye. After being a candidate of the government's top secret cybernetics program which was centered on bring soldiers back to the front line, he was recruited by Special Agent Cassandra Sandsmark as a field ops agent in her new team codenamed : Titans.
