History
After a fail attempt to kill the hero known as Booster Gold, a very scar and badly burned Henry escaped with the world thinking he died that day. Henry went into hiding and looking to get back at the superheroes that distoryed his 1000 group.
Year 2057
Henry met a man who had a device that could repair his burned wrecked old body. Henry agreed and went into the machine. The machine repaired his body but his skin was now pale white and he had the power to make 1000 clones of himself each with one different power from himself. Only he could make copies. With that he would himself become the new 1000.

- Bio-Fission: He can create up to a 1000 younger clones of himself, each with a different kind of superpower. Explains: Superhuman speed, flight or strength.

- Power Limitation: There is an upper limit to how many copies he can generate, and when that limit is reached, any attempt to go beyond that will force the multiple copies to fuse back unto himself. His clones only get one different power each.
