History
No one can cope with the Power of Arkani.
Single handedly the most powerful villain in the DC multiverse, Arkani's power is only matched by his Omnicidal Wrath, and his lust to rule the cosmos even if it means eliminating all life in the cosmos to achieve it.
Early history
Born on the Planet of Arkanus Prime which for the past 50 million years has been slowly pulled toward a tear in the Fabric of space and time, Arkani was born on a world harsher than any in the multiverse. All life had to evolve the ability to harness energy from gravity and various forms of radiation. Almost no atmosphere existed because of the tear sucking it in and annihilating it.
When he was but a year old father was chosen to have his son to be the test subject on being able to use the Tear has a portal which would ensure the Planet's survival. The experiment succeeds with Arkani being launched into the Tear and ending up in the Earth 1 Universe, however his homeworld is tragically sucked in before they can launch the remaining escape pods, destroying the planet and the Earth -6 universe.
In the Earth 1 universe his pod is directed to Earth but lands not in America but in Ukraine, on the 26th of April of 1986. His pod fell upon reactor number four of the chernobyl nuclear power facility. The result was the destruction of the reactor four. After workmen had finished sealing up the plant he was still left in among the rubble. For nearly 32 years he remained among the rubble feeding directly off the radiation and the gravity of earth. During this time his powers grew exponentially soon far surpassing Superman's peak capacity if he was supercharged within a star. At the same time nearly 3 months from his 33rd birthday, the plant was opened for investigation as radiation levels had dropped down to less than zero and the surrounding area was in eternal shadow while the plant had a funnel shaped beam of solar radiation funneling into the reactor four. Amidst the wreckage they found him and took him to kiev where they did studies on him while he learned the russian language and its history. Within nearly a year he was already smarter than brainiac and believed that he could take control of all reality and rule it bringing an era of peace that would last for eternity.
To do this he fashioned for himself Arkani cybernetic armour to present himself to world leaders, and demand their abdication and him receiving their power. However he first attempted america where he was put down by the Superman, and caused the entire world to look upon him with hate. For nearly another year he was locked up in an american military laboratory and tortured and experimented on.. He eventually escaped and constructed for himself a fortress in the south pole making himself on the opposite end of where Superman had built his fortress of solitude. It would be here that he began to plot on how and when he could take over the universe. He also began to hold a grudge against Superman, Not for him beating him but turning the earth against him.
His hatred for humanity also grew with the years to come and eventually when earth would have more extragalactic ties with other alien civilizations he eventually would become known as the being who killed Darkseid and leveled Apocalypse. He also destroyed Warworld hoping that these elimination would win him favor to promote him to being allowed power to control the universe. However his acts only further the horror and fear of him and the whole universe rejected him. It was here that he mentally went insane. from then on he would do everything he could to make the universe feel his hatred of everything and everyone.
